This is by far.... One of the best izakayas I've ever been to. My boyfriend and I came to Quebec city for a week and found this little spot and was absolutely blown away. The food was absolutely spectacular, we had about eight dishes and not one disappointed. Fantastic. We sat by the bar, great service.... Definitely recommend. Great cocktails as well. Well done.

Visited for a quick lunch. We ordered pork dumplings, fried rice and a tasty gin beverage. Would recommend reservations; we were lucky enough to be seated at the bar without a reservation.

Nice ambiance and friendly staff. Their menu has original dishes influenced from Japanese classics. The menu includes vegetarian options. They recently started opening for lunch too. For drinks, try their youkai bloody, which color is black, my husband say it was delicious.

Food, drinks, service, price, music, decor, ambiance, absolutely exceptional. So much flavour in everything we ordered and everything was so unique. Absolutely loved it for our date night and highly recommend!

Exceptional food! I came in on a quiet afternoon before it got busy, I got the pork dumplings and a small dish of the fried chicken. Wow wow wow! Amazing burst of flavor, spicy garlicky fresh!!!! Presentation 5stars, the bartender was friendly and nice. Can’t wait to come back!

Takeout here, and whilst I drove about 20 minutes to get home to enjoy it, it was still warm, flavourful and very well presented in the small boxes. If you are looking for a fancy izakaya experience, then you will be more than satisfied!

The service is really good. The waitress with a shaved head (Sorry I didn't get her name..) was professional and friendly.The restaurant is a good place to dine and drink and chat with friends.Not authentic Japanese food, and I was expecting some ramen; but the food was good nonetheless. I was wondering why there was kimchi, a Korean food, in a Japanese restaurant.The Bento Karaage Chicken was really really delicious. High recommend it!!!!We ordered chicken dumplings. It was a bit disappointing because the dumplings were a bit small for such as price. But they were delicious.

I ordered through door dash on a early Friday evening. I really wanted to try this place I so heard about. Maybe my expectations were too high … I had takoyakis .there were barely a little chunk of octopus in each balls. The main course. Chicken was cold and overall the dish just had no flavour no sauce. I read other reviews and it seems like I may have been unlucky. Not sure I would try it again not through door dash for sure !

Wow very nice Izakaya!! I was last minute and had to eat at the bar with colleagues but still the experience was totally worth it. The place is very cozy and the service is impeccable. But the best of it is the food. I was very impressed by the mix of ingredients and the creativity, such as using blood pudding or even sweetbread in their menu. The dumplings are fantastic, as the rest of what I tasted. I will definitely go back, and reserve to get nice cozy table.
