Been coming here for 25 years. Used to love this place, but it gets worse every time. Went for lunch in the lounge, sat down and waited for 15 min before getting up and asking the owner for service. He was rude with me and just wanted me to go sit down. Turns out you can't seat yourself in the lounge anymore and the waitress purposely ignored us, rather than coming over to let us know. My husband's food was cold so he refused it. We just wanted to go at that point, so I boxed mine up and we had a bit of an issue with getting the one meal taken off the bill!!We have never complained at a restaurant about anything nor have I ever written a bad review, only good ones, however I felt it important this time. Needless to say we will not be returning.

The food is ... well ... cheap. You get large plates but the quality is very poor. Pizza was grease and cheese. The donair" didn't even have the proper sauce

Stopped in for a pizza like we do so often, as we enjoy their pizza. Ordered our usual Well Done Pizza and our drinks. We get the pizza 20 minutes later and it is not well done. The waitress says I will take it back and have them cook it more. We said Thank U. 5 minutes later she comes back with the same pizza, not cooked anymore. She apologized saying they will not cook it anymore! /As a customer I have never experienced this before. A restaurant refusing to cook your food the way u want it and have ordered it many times before. We ask to speak to the manager WHO doesn't come by. We ask again! Now that was a mistake as the OwNER/Manager is THE RUDEST, GRUMPIEST PERSON I HAVE EVER SPOKEN TOO. HE JUST STOOD THEIR SAYING THIS IS THE WAY WE COOK OUR PIZZA, HE WOULD NOT EVEN LISTEN TO US. This person has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !! Like I said we came here a couple times a month and always told everyone what a Great Place it WAS!!! Not NO MORE BECAUSE THE RUDE GROUCHY OWNER WOULD NOT PUT MY PIZZA IN THE OVEN FOR ANOTHER 5 MINUTES!! WE WILL NEVER GO BACK AND WILL TELL EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY UNLESS U WANT TO BE TREATED VERY POORLY!!!

This place was a complete Surprise ...We had Steak and Shrimp and the Prime Rib Seriously WOW My Prime Rib was so Perfect didn't need a knife so Tender and Juicy , the au jus was really good,Veggies were Bang on ....The Steak and Shrimp was also Great and the Size of the Shrimp were like nothing else i have found in the Edmonton areaHer Steak was perfectly cooked, veggies were nice and firm and The Shrimp were just cooked perfect.....Overall a Really Good Experience and we really do recommend this place For Real Food Made Fresh

First of all I can’t say anything negative about the food or the service I received from our waitress. It was very good.They have a major problem with the older man at the front door seating people. He treats people very poorly. Almost denied us accessing to the table we had reserved, and was rude to my wife in front of at her customers. He’s lucky the food is very good.Personally I won’t go back.Sadly he’s probably the owner.

Their pizzas never disappoint. And the steak is also very good. Ambience is a little dark and how the door is closed is not so welcoming. Staff was attentive and helpful.

Timeless Italian classics in a family friendly setting. Great portions and prices. We had a group of 8 and everyone enjoyed their dinner!

We like going to this place, but our latest experience was not a good one.Food was mediocre, and service was not the greatest.It is worse than a food food joint for add-on pricing.They charged us 3 extra charges for changing a sauce on an item, absolutely ridiculous (sauce should have been cheaper than original, as there was no meat in it).Charged $3.00 extra for a bigger glass, WTH" I could understand if there was more beverage or alcohol but nope.My grandson had spilled his drink

I went for dinner about 3 times before alone for dinner to this restaurant. The last 2 times i was there the manager/owner came and told me to move to the lounge and told me that I can't use a table of four. I told him that I would like to stay here and don't like to go to eat at the lounge. He insisted and kept asking me to go to the lounge. At this point I was so embarrasses and upset that he was making a scene infront of other customers. I get up and left the restaurant assuring him, the manager, that I will never come to this restaurant or recommend anyone to come to this Italian restaurant if you're alone. The manager don't like a single person by himself to take a table of 4.

Stepped in for a quick lunch. Place is a lot bigger the appears from the outside. Staff was good but distant. Food was OK but bland. Had the New York steak which came out as a sirloin. Not bad but no seasoning. Recommend this place for a quick meal of you staying at a local hotel. Wouldn’t otherwise.
