Great place for youths that are going through homelessness

The staff regularly abuse their power on multiple occasions purposely fostering an incredibly unsafe, actually quite dangerous environment; especially for younger people, even more so for younger girls and afab people. They say that they’re supposed to be progressive but are actively discriminating against certain people and making it unsafe to report abuse from the staff and/or the people using the program. There are other youth shelters in London that are currently better regulating their staff, the people using the shelters, the practices, letting dangerous materials/substances in, and not letting in known dangerous individuals. I would recommend checking those places and how well they are at helping in other areas far before considering this until they own up to this and fix it. We already have a huge population of people who *need* these places, and knowingly making one of only a few available in this area unsafe and abusive is disgusting, especially knowing so many people have nowhere else to go; so they’re able to get away with this longer than they should be.

They are destroying the neighborhood, they sit along the adjacent city property and smoke they bong and pipes day and night. I am unclear why they don't allow them to do it on their property, they leave trash all over. They are not teaching them or giving guidance in anything.

I stayed here as a homeless teen and boy is it amazingggggg! Food is wonderful most staff are amazing and supportive and help with any problems. Rooms are very nice and they give you everything you need! Loved living here!
