Amazing customer service and very knowledge.Brought my 12 years odl Macbook Pro to fix a screen mirroring issue and it quikcly fix by Sydney and Jean. The Team is very knowledgeable. You guys rock.

I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Mainly Mac and I cannot recommend this place highly enough! The staff are attentive, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. The team at Mainly Mac will look out for your best interests because they are interested in a long-term relationship with you rather than a quick sale and they believe in personal, VIP customer service - the way it used to be. I had taken my computer to an authorized Apple retailer in downtown Toronto. They told me it would take 2-3 business days for them to even look at my computer; after that time passed, it was I who had to keep following up with them to find out what was going on. I felt like another number and that they didn't care about me! They wanted to charge me $100 just to rush" me to the front o the line as I was desperate to have my computer back for work. In the end

Mac applecare was a complet waste of money.After many calls and a lot of frustrations, speaking with not very knowledgeable staff and going around the circle, downloading over and over gain the operating system, we finally gave up! Also be advise about battery life on your new mac pro. 2021 MacBook Pro, my is doing well ,but my husband who bought his at the same time has problems with battery as well. Battery life is diminishing rapidly. But for now nothing can be done. They have some magical number by which they will not even talk about the issue. Even the technician admitted that it is not normal, but nothing can be done at this point. We need to wait. I guess until the warranty is over and then we will have to replace it and pay for it. This is in a nutshell Mac applecare! I juge the product by its service and Mac showed non.

Thought I was doomed when my Mac crashed and didn't have a backup available. Apple store wasn't able to help (or at least go the extra mile to ensure the data was secure), but Sidney came to the rescue. No wonder all my friends and family have recommended Mainly Mac for so long! Great price, fast turnaround and fabulous communication with frequent check-ins as he was troubleshooting.

Bought my MacBook Pro from them in 2012. Recently my Mac has been really slow due to it being 10 years old. They added memory and changed out my SSD storage for a very reasonable price now it’s running extremely smoothly ! Won’t have to replace it for awhile now. Fast and reliable service. Highly recommend.

They are very generous with their time and knowledge, and asked me many questions to ensure they understood my needs, problems and requirements… before making any suggestions or recommendations.I was quite impressed with their Apple and Mac knowledge, and how friendly they are. They really empathized with my needs. They helped me with my Mac service issue very promptly and professionally. We are fortunate to have this Apple resource here in Markham! Highly recommended!

In and out in minutes (as opposed to the mall). These guys repair and service old legacy" macs that Apple won't touch anymore. No silliness or unnecessary upselling just reasonable rates and efficient service."

I brought in my Macbook Pro as it needed its battery to be replaced. I contacted Mainly Mac and brought in the computer. The staff were very friendly and personable. Sydney, their technician, was very informative on the whole process. I received my laptop back yesterday and it is good as new once again! Thank you Mainly Mac! :)
