I live out of town, so I always use these guys to send my mom flowers at least a couple of times a year. They have great customer service and create beautiful arrangements. They always keep me posted via text about when the items are delivered and send me pictures of what I've ordered. My mom always loves what she gets and the delivery people are awesome!! Highly recommend.

I picked up some flowers for my grandmothers birthday today and they made me such a beautiful arrangement with fresh seasonal flowers, and added butterflies to it to make it even more special. Maria gave me the flowers and made sure that I was please with the finished product and offered to make any adjustments I might need (even though if was perfect the way it was)! I will definitely be returning to petals again!

I was SO impressed with the service at Petals Floral! Not only were the flowers beautiful and fresh, but they even managed to accommodate my special request of butterflies in the arrangement. AND they texted me a picture of the flowers before they delivered them! I will definitely use their service again!

I’m not local to St. Catherine’s and needed to send flowers to a loved one. I’ve had varying experiences with online orders and I have to say the customer service and quality of my experience using Petals was refreshing. I received a text photo of the arrangement prior to going out and I was so pleased they looked the same as online (if not even better). When I accidentally put the wrong house number in they were quick to connect with me so we could correct that and ensure delivery to my Aunt. Overall great experience and as a customer I felt well taken care of (which doesn’t always seem to be the norm). Kuddos to you at Petals for having the perfect touch.

Petals recently provided the floral arrangements for my daughter’s bridal shower. The arrangements were absolutely beautiful! When you walked into the venue it looked stunning with the tables so beautifully decorated with flowers. Maria was so helpful and provided us with great customer service. This little shop is so amazing! I'm sad I'm moving from the area. They are very committed to what they do. And are very knowledgeable on pet friendly floral arrangements!
