ProLink Massage & Rehab (Same Day Possible)

I happened upon this place when I was searching for same day options for RMT massage. My regular place didn’t have appointments available for a month. I’m so glad I found this place. It really is a hidden gem. The staff were pleasant. Summer was amazing! So friendly and a great therapist that knew her stuff! I’ve been to many places over the years, and she is definitely one of the better ones. The ambience was nice and the setting was clean. As a bonus, they do direct billing, which was easy. It’s a relatively new place and I’m sure this place will be super booked up when more people find out about it, but in the meantime I’m enjoying the availability in appointments!

Loved their availabilities (7 days)! They seem to have a strong team of RMTs. All the ones I have tried so far has been amazing! They were knowledgeable, attentive, and truly passionate about what they do. They have certainly set the bar high in terms of the quality of the massage. The clinic is conveniently located near me, and the massage was excellent. The atmosphere is welcoming. It was exactly what I needed.What's even better is that they offer direct billing for the insurance claim, which makes me feel great because I don't have to go through the hassle of submitting a claim and waiting for approval.

I came to this clinic yesterday due to my stiffen neck which already bothering me for a few days. My own therapist is too busy to treat me this week, but this clinic can try same day book. I tried Jinsong Li's painless oriental magic therapy. No pain at all! Now my neck is totally recovered! If you guys suffer from any pain, highly recomand this man, his orental magic therapy, really works like a magic!

I had a hot stone massage here and it’s NOT a great experience. The massage room has very bright lights and a lot of noise from the other rooms. The massage therapist (Su****) has done okay job. The massage was neither relaxing nor effective. Ambience was not good and also my insurance company didn’t agree to transfer money to them at the instant and requested for a week time to process the request.

The clinic provided me with direct insurance billing to my plan. Both the atmosphere at the clinic and the massage therapists are amazing. An excellent spot for a therapeutic massage!

I had a 90 minute massage (I added the aromatherapy head massage too) with Jinsong yesterday and it was absolutely amazing. He starts with a detailed assessment to really understand your pain points, and used a special slapping technique to get rid of tensions before the massage - I have to say I was skeptical at first when I read about the slapping technique in his bio, and I did laugh at first because I will giggle at anything remotely funny - but it WORKED! I left super relaxed and pain free. Highly recommend this guy, I will definitely be returning and will be sending my wife to him too. The receptionist was also lovely and the clinic has a nice relaxing atmosphere. Thanks to everyone :)

Had massage with Summer, she was amazing! The massage definitely helped my sore neck and shoulders. The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly as well.The location is very convenient, easy to access and lots of free parking. I have nothing to complaint, will definitely be back.

I had been experiencing shoulder and neck pain for a few months and a friend recommended Prolink massage. It was very easy to get an appointment with them since they are open seven days a week.
