They will pay you out quickly, however they will skim 5-10% off the top. I'm not talking about the disclosed refining charges either. I'm talking about them stealing additional metal from you.

I've worked as a goldsmith now for 37 years, and wish I had used GRC a long time ago. I have been using GRC now for quite a few years now and would not hesitate to highly recommend to other jewellers, tradesman etc.I used to refine my own gold, and Its not hard to calculate what the pay out will be, and GRC has always been extremely accurate.Staff is very friendly and courteous, and pay out has always been quick.Looking forward to many more years of exceptional service!

This place is very professional and I am always out from their Brampton Office in less then one hour with payment in my hand. Its been 3 years and I come every 6 months to them with my material. I am very impressed by Jatin, who melts my Material and he is very transparent in melting as well as showing me results.Highly recommended because of honesty and location.

Beware of these guys. A well meaning agent makes you believe everything will go smoothly, but the company does not have the workflow or infrastructure to process your order according to your instructions.We sent in scrap gold rings from which we requested picking out the diamond and other stones. Instead of executing the order, the company melted everything down and sent back only the gold. They did not even honour the $25 discount voucher they boast about on their website.
