Very poor quality. Our house is a beautiful lemon- hard not to be with so many shortcuts taken. Our pipes have froze every winter, we have had every single bathroom leak and destroy our roof, list goes on but definitely get a thorough home inspection done if you go with this company. They will come back and fix issues but they definitely don’t do a quality job so you may as well find someone on your own to do a proper job.I also will add that the main contact Jag will not speak to any female homeowners with respect so if you would like your concerns heard please be sure to have a male homeowner with you.

I contracted Avid Homes to custom build my home in 2016. I took possession in February 2017 and had immediate concerns with uneven drywall and the unfinished look of the almost $700k house. However, life circumstances dictated that I place the unlived in house on the market for sale. It sat on the market for almost 7 months with no buyer. I ended up moving in and started noticing all of the deficiencies and poor workmanship throughout this house. No wonder it didn't sell! The ceiling texture looks like a toddler completed it along with the mud and tape job in the garage. Crooked toilet in the main powder room, toilet in the basement is unnaturally far from the wall, bowed basement wall, a leak in the kitchen after the very first shower I had in the master bathroom, overcut outlets throughout the whole house - just to name a few of the highlights". Would not recommend this builder and the owner and face of the company has been very condescending to deal with throughout."

An apt choice if you looking for excellence .

Buyer Beware!!Please check all of your inspection permits. Please photograph everything! Document absolutely everything. Try to renegotiate the Progressive Home Warranty plan. Please be cautious of plumbing on exterior walls!!!

BBB should honestly take a good look at this company, this is by far the lowest grade work I've ever seen in a home builder. Poor craftsmanship and doesn't warranty his work. You would think as a small business someone would take pride in there work but nope NOT HERE! I can truthfully say from a personal stand point DO NOT BUY FRON THIS BUILDER!

Best builder in Edmonton area. Very professional and upfront about the process of building your home. Exceeded expectations.
