Ordered product in August. Never received any items. Never returned any messages or emails.

THE WORST CALL CENTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. they call every day since 2021! even though you tell them not too! you email them to take you off the list, the respond saying i will pull and shred your file, but they still called me today and its 2023!

We call, and we call but the phone is not answered. You have told us over and over that our order is complete and has been shipped. You did not ever provide us with any shipping information. You just continue to tell us that the order is on the way, and we feel you are doing this to keep us from going elsewhere to get the product. You should just be honest with us that you are unable to fulfill the order. We would have done business with you in the future if you had just been open and transparent. We are all having supply issues with many of our suppliers right now and that is completely understandable. What is not acceptable is being deceived that every week our order is coming , when in fact it has never been filled.

Have told their call center to stop calling as we do not require there services and they continue to call sometimes several times in the same day.

Worked for this theif for a period of time. From first day was warned that he does not like to pay employees but I did not believe it until I became a victim of his unwillingness to pay. To date I have not received my pay for work completed over a month ago. His manager and secretary have been giving me the runaround. He pretends to be out of the country but he has been in the the GTA the entire time. Based on past employees he does not pay. He owes many employees thousands of dollars. Based on other reviews this is a common practice of his.There are several health code violations in the building. He and the manager refuse to address this issue. The materials and products are being overrun by rodents. These are items that are shipped to hospitals and funeral homes. There is no regard for sanitation.

Ordered items for my funeral home. Was guaranteed 2 weeks production and delivery. 5 weeks and counting and no communication. Has already taken my money. Had to dispute with CC company.

My spouse is still waiting on payment for services rendered over 9 month delivering goods to hospitals and funeral homes. Was issued with bad check. No one answering calls and emails and all mail returned undelivered.

They make nice bags at a decent price. But customer service is horrible! Won't answer the phone or email. After waiting forever and not getting any answers I tried to cancel an order through their contact us" page. I got a call right after that and they said the bags are already printed. So I told them to go ahead and ship. Got them

Charged us three times for items never received and won’t refund a penny!!
