Staff really nice! Mozt of the time the wait is very short but once in awhile you could wait 30mins or longer, but 5mins or less seems to be the norm.

A little tricky to find. The entrance is behing the Scotia Bank Branch, off Indian Grove Rd. There is no parking lot available. Parking is on the street or in nearby parking lots. The staff are fantastic and very efficient. You never gave to wait long.
