Update !!!Today I recieved a call from them regarding my review after 8 months of my post!!simpley, the person who was calling was yelling at me instead to figure out what was the problem!! not surprised !! she basiclly confirmed they have the worst customer sercive ever!and she blocked me from this auction lol , I didn't even join their auction for the past 8 months! and not planning to____________________The worst auction ever.too rude!! untrustworthy!!Worst customer services!! and most of products are in too bad conditions !!simply , don't deal with them !!!I am in auction business for over than 3 years. never write any negative comments to any of them.but those guys well deserve it

I use the this auction house often. It's one of my favourites. They are consistently reliable, always have items prepared and super nice to speak to, as well. There's always a wide variety of everyday quality items available.

First time I’ve used this auction place. The online auction was very straight forward. Nothing complicated. Managed to win some diapers, picked them up today and gift them to my sister who’s pregnant. So altogether it was a great price and my sister and her husband were thankful. Would do it again if I see anything I like. Thumbs up from me!

I made this promise that I would write a review when our business deal is completed and if it worth a great review. Here I'm and writing this to complete this promise I made. (I'm surprised that there are only a couple reviews in here and I have no problem adding mine to the list to show how good they are.)Adelia and Ken helped my parents sold their business and the whole process was very smooth. We did have a lot of questions during the whole time and they had all their patience answering the series of questions we had. They even had no issue running around in different days to accommodate the requests from our high demand landlord during the moving process. They go above and beyond through the whole time and which we appreciate. They are exceptional with their communication and respond promptly all the time so there's no waiting and guessing.Good luck with your business with great service!
