Awful! You can no longer order with a person. Everything is done at a terminal that doesn't have all of the options. You pour your own pop, no napkins or condiments and the food is cold with terrible quality. Maybe the owner of the En route should spend less money on fancy leather club chairs that no one sits in and focus on interviewing competent employees and franchises before adding them to the stop.

Hadn’t even left the building and realized fries were cold. I went back to tell them they weren’t fresh and that I would like new ones. The old guy behind the counter argued and said they were fresh (even though they had been sitting there the whole time I was waiting) we went back and fourth a few times and he refused to drop new ones then gave me more cold fries. Realized after the fact the he also gave me a large meal without asking. Would give zero starts if I could.

Do not take coupons. Went to order anyway about 25 mins before closing and said they would not make veggie burgers. Do not eat meat and no other places were open.

Normally love Burger King, but this one…. WOW! Mehdi behind the counter needs to learn people skills and not be in the fast food industry … very nasty and miserable. Didn’t place my order because he was so condescending … not sure who he has a “beef” with but I’m not having that. If he is the franchisee owner … you are ruining the Burger King name with his attitude and customer service

I’ll save your time and be quick. Mehdi is the gentleman that takes orders and he has no emotion, and won’t acknowledge you. I stood and waited for 5 mins with my hockey puck-like chicken nuggets before he acknowledged me at the counter. Then he squeezes them to check that I wasn’t lying about how bad they were. Then he took them back into the area where all the other food was being prepared and let the other employees touch them! It must have been 8 mins before I had any sort of replacement. The rest of our burgers had the wrong toppings on them too.Hey corporate BK, how does an establishment like this remain open? Does anybody care? None of this can be blamed on being short staffed because of Covid either, there was very few other patrons while I was waiting. I look for all opportunities to give grace but this place was horrible.I wished that somebody who matters would read this. Eat somewhere else average customer!!!!

Ordered a whopper bacon cheese burger combo. The didn't put cheese or bacon on it. Went back to cashier and told her. She brought out bacon in a cup. Then grab a slice of cheese and was going to put it on the burger. I told her that was Terri ble service. She took the burger, gave it to the manager and he put the burger in the microwave to melt the cheese. Told them the service is beyond disgusting.

Wow!! Waited, along with about 7 other people, for food. The cashier was doing everything. Not kidding!I didn't get a drink there but walked into the connected store to get drinks. I returned for my order but had to continue to wait.
