We have used this company on multiple occasions, as we have developed our farm estate in Naramata. John installed our septic service, worked on driveways, built rock walls, installed drainage, removed trees and performed other miscellaneous work. AGI-Pacific Excavating did a phenomenal job working on our project. It was a large commercial dig to install a new water line as well as a underground drainage ditch. John, the owner, was extremely professional and did an amazing job. John frequently helped in getting 'down and dirty' with shoveling and moving dirt by hand. John also has extensive experience and knowledge and helped us immensely in the actual installation of the water pipes and drainage ditch. I recommend John wholeheartedly. Can't say enough good things about John and the work he did at my Kaleden property. Called a few businesses and John was the only one who was willing to come out without charging a few grand just to take a look, and/or return my call. When John took a look at my septic system, he made a few suggestions first in the interest of saving me money. John returned a 2nd time to see the results, then came up with a plan to replace the septic field and update the septic tank. Once the plan was put to paper and approved, he got to work and kept me updated the entire time. John was clearly knowledgeable and informative. He kept a clean and safe worksite. Once the septic was done he provided expert advice and information on how to best maintain it for longevity. I received written documentation in a booklet as well that he reviewed with me.John also did a significant amount of landscape work for me, including removing shrubbery, trees, retaining walls and gardens. He ordered and installed new retaining wall rocks that look fantastic. John filled in and leveled the new lawn area for seeding, plus ordered and spread new gravel in the driveway.Aside from the excellent work John did at a very good price, he also is a down to earth fella with a great sense of humour. Lots of stories to share plus fun to have a beer with. An A+++ guy who does great work. Thanks John!
