In his quiet and unassuming way, Trevor got the job done to defend a legitimate HST claim I made for a new rental property. He took the burden off my shoulders to have the tricky discussions with the tax case officer. He also wrote a pertinent and convincing brief that was successful in getting the case officer to reverse the original denial of my $24,000 HST claim under the new residential rental rebate program. Trevor worked quickly and effectively. I would have no hesitation recommending Trevor for helping resolve HST disputes.

Working with Trevor to recover my HST on a residential rental property was a breeze! Trevor was easy to work with, responsive and able to provide different option of how to proceed (paper or electronic) which to me demonstrates being client focused. Well worth the reasonable fee he charged to take care of complicated forms and make sure that the correct amount applied for would be valid within CRA's guidelines.

I highly recommend Trevor especially if you need help with applying for the HST rebate. There is a quite a bit of paperwork and process involved and it's best to have a professional like Trevor to handle it for you as one mistake can cause a delay.
