Been out of hot water for more than 10 months after we moved to our house, we decided to have it fixed and was looking online for water heater repair services, based on the reviews, we decided to go with WHS, Kyle came at the appointed time, courteous and friendly, he gave his opinion about the status of our water heater without getting pushy, we decided on his advice that it would be best if we just rent the heater, work was smooth and everything went well. One happy customer, Thanks.

Call this local Regina company they came within 2 hrs. of my call. and replaced a new one in no time. When I called another company they said they will close the exhaust intake from outside but Kyle said it is very necessary for a energy-efficient heater. BEWARE - these water heaters are almost never serviced and ran until failure. Though the Water Heater Service website clearly states water heaters should be serviced annually my water heater was serviced once in over 10yrs (WHS never reached out for service, the only service occured when removing a renter water softener). When I found the leak at 5am the installer did not get to my place until almost 9am, because their equipment actively leaking in my basement was not worth waking him up. My issue with their water heater seemed to be an inconvenience to the emergency" line.I have been trying for a month to discuss a resolution with the owner

Amazing Service! WHS was at my door to investigate a water heater issues within 10 minutes of my call. After diagnosing and determining a new water heater was needed, they were able to come first thing the following morning and install the new unit. Despite falling on a Stat Holiday, no extra fees or added rates. Sky high recommendation!

I rented through Water Heater Services Regina for the last few years. I was really impressed with them at first but then started having billing issues with them. They’d charged me anywhere from an extra $1 to $7 a month without notice. I’d call about the discrepancy, they’d never answer, I’d leave a message and they would never get back to me. After a few months of charging me an extra $7/month, I eventually put a stop payment on it and THEN they called me after that happened. Told me they’d look into it and still never got back to me. They also never came to do the yearly maintenances like they said they would.

We had Kyle come out to install a new water heater in our office. He was kind and greeted everyone with a smile on his face. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner!Thank you Kyle :)- Erin & Associates.

I just had the water softener removed from my home and the tech had so many swearing bouts from the basement that I could hear him from upstairs I had to ask if everything was ok. He wanted me to pay the rest of my bill in cash when he was here which I thought was odd. He left a terrible mess and wouldn’t take his muddy boots off. Maybe just an off day for that fellow. My child was home

Torn about my review as customer service when you can get ahold of them is excellent but overall customer communications can be hit or miss. Water Heater Services was the company that owned my water heater and softener when I bought my house. Not a very proactive company. I had to always call them to service as per the rental agreements. When they did come the customer service was excellent. It is a challenge to get through to the company but when you do, again the customer service is good. I had to get them to remove the water softener when I sold my house. Once they came the job was done cleanly and fast. However my issue is with billing - this is company that makes no exceptions - even though I had just paid for a year rental on the water softener 2 months before selling my house they completely ignored my request to consider a partial refund. Never heard from them again despite 2 emails and multiple calls.UPDATE:After the review was posted, Kyle from the company got back to me and I received a refund of 9 months that I prepaid. Changed my rating to five stars since it was a quick response and payment once I followed up again post review. I would definitely recommend dealing with Kyle directly for your needs from this company!

I just bought a new home and I could not get the hot water to turn on. Kyle came over within an hour and showed me how to work the water heater. Two weeks later he installed a water softener for me. His service was polite , helpful and very professional. I highly recommend this company and this service.
