Excellent service! Wen is a very friendly, committed and helpful financial advisor. She agreed to see us without any prior appointment when the request was made by a nice teller at another branch on a Saturday. She took her time to provide sufficient information to make the right choices. She made Servus desirable!

Called the main center and had hoped for southgate, but we recieved a call from terwilliger as we needed to get it done that day.We came here to open a joint account and was helped by Henry, he was very kind and courteous. Great experience overall. He said he was fairly new to it and he did wonderful.Be aware you need a minimum credit score before being able to open the account with them, it's like 550 ? Confirm with them before going in perhaps, however depending on the situation they may waive it.Alberta Based!.

The raging incompetence is outstanding - I've had no functional credit card for 20 days. I've called 15 times. They are painfully useless. They've suggested to reset my pin thrice, I've driven to multiple locations, I'm waiting gas and gaining late fees on past due payments because I physically cannot use my card. Servus should be paying for my car insurance at this point, as its 20 days later and I still cannot pay it. They never call back when they say they will, NEVER allow them to suggest a call back. They will also transfer you and you'll get disconnected half the time and not get a call back. NEVER bank here.

Interesting note! Friend went to this location to open a new chequing account as instructed by his LIT ( Licensed Insolvency Trustee.) Representative for Servus excuses himself, is gone several minutes, returns and tells him: Sorry you cannot open an account here!?" When pushed for a reason why? "Only members in good standing are welcome here!!"WOW!!! NEVER

I went to Servus to open a joint account with my brother as well as my own account. Both times I was assisted by Farah, who was so helpful and caring. She understood what we were looking for and was able to set us up so we could do things on line. She asked all the right questions and was patient as my brother and I tried to cover all the details we wanted.
