We bought or vehicle from Kitchener Kia and we are very happy with our decision. The staff there were super helpful and knowledgeable. We dealt with Jarek, he was very informative and best of all there was no pressure when making our decision. We also dealt with Colin on some extra options and packages, he also was great and no pressure with the packages he provided.

Wish I could have purchased my first Kia from here! Great experience right from walking in the doors. Jarek our sales rep was very attentive, honest, and made you feel comfortable ordering a vehicle (no hidden agenda like most sales people). The vehicle we wanted ended up not being available at Kitchener Kia so we unfortunately had to go elsewhere but I would hands down recommend this dealership to family and friends. I even had an encounter with the Sales Manager Aaron who was very friendly and wanted to engage. Every other dealership I went to the Sales Manager stays in the office and acts like the big boss that the salesman goes to if you ask them a question they don't want to answer. Amazing place, no aggressive sales tactics, no obligation, #1 dealership I have ever been to.

What can I say, this is one of the best dealer experiences I have had. From the moment I walked in David (Doc) greeted me and helped me with all of my questions. From start to finish David was helpful, patient, responsive, and not at all pushy and let me take my time. I also had the pleasure of meeting Colin in finance who was also a wonderful fellow. I had an appointment at 4:30 pm for the test drive. I met with Geoff Wharton. I am totally unsatisfied because when I arrive at the shop, their first word is, the lead time is 1 year. Centilmen doesn't want to show Carnival or test drive. Maybe I could wait a year if I could see the car. Just we left within 5 min. I am gonna complain to Kia Canada also.

I picked up my new Kia Rio yesterday and I absolutely love my new car!! After visiting dozens of dealerships starting in summer of 2022, looking for my perfect car I finally found it. Everyone I met at Kitchener Kia was also incredibly kind, it was an amazing first impression with them. They also gave me the highest value for my trade-in after other dealerships low-balled me. Although I waited 9 months for a red Kia rio and it never arrived, that’s not something in the dealership’s control and I’m still very happy with the white.
