I worked at mechtron for 3 years and wouldn't recommend it...just when you think it couldn't get any worse...enter new management and I was gone. People on the floor are great...management is awful and the union is useless.

Not a good place to work. The employees are great and very nice. Was hired by Randstad to start full time. Never missed a day. Worked there for two week's then they called me in to HR and said I was not a good fit.Joel Duval said it took too long to learn how to fix the machine's when they broke down. Old machinery always breaking down. Always behind with orders. Joel expects miracle's especiall y when you never worked on that type of machinery. Today I was running theMachine on my own with trainer watching.Every time the machine stopped I got it Going again. Joel Duval is a ungrateful piece of work. Will make sure that everybody knows what kind of person he is. After they terminated I ask Joel why. The two faced pick could not give me a answer.

Garbage place to deliver . Nobody answers the phone .

Place is worst place to work for DON'T GO WORK FOR THEM. They are very meanespecially if you are new employee. Never have seen a work force so unorganized. They don't care about you. They ask overtime but send people home. Only thing I like is days shift 630am to 230pm.

Be forewarned, this company does not pay it's suppliers / bills. If you elect to do business with them, make sure they pay you in advance of shipment.
