I booked an appointment through online chat this morning for 8:30 but when I got their staff was in the meeting, I had to wait for 20 minutes then I had to leave for work. It was not a nice experience as I am was very excited to see what options I have to get a my car trade in before my birthday but I was disappointed. Even though, there was two staff members on the floor but they didn't even bother to offer help. Hopefully, other people have better experience than me. :)

Great service. Had my car in for service. They were on time for drop off and pick up. Reception was very courteous and explained everything before and after.

Nice staff, good work by the service department! Finally, a complimentary car wash and vacuum.

I was stuck as my fob battery was dead and the Service Manager Yogesh Prasad, walked me through how to enter and start my car and said to come right in and he'd look after getting me a new battery and made sure it worked. Thank you.

Called their service department last Saturday evening. The guy who picked up the phone was so rude and unaccommodating that I ended not doing anything.

My service started off a bit rocky--they vastly underestimated the time to complete the work and had to keep the car an extra day. But after consulting with the service manager they made it right. Even though there's a VW dealership in Maple Ridge, it's worth coming across the Fraser to this place.

It was my first experience here, i came here for my first service of my car took the appointment over a call , very helpful staff over a call. When I reached there process was so smooth and kudos to specially Yogesh Prasad he was so helpful by helping me out with some queries i had and so professional in terms of working ethics! My loaner car was too ready and i was good to go in just 15 minutes. And after 3 hours my car was ready and Yogesh Prasad had a chat with me about what they did and I am really grateful for explaining how exactly the things were. I highly recommend this place and specially Yogesh Prasad and team! Really appreciate that..
