M/T Sinc replaced our broken sump pump and stayed to make sure the pump and float were working properly. They saved us from having a flooded basement. Very fast response, helpful and fixed our problem. We highly recommend their services in Cold Lake.

Excellent customer service, and knowledgeable staff! Ted was very helpful, and prompt. I called and he was at my door within 10 minutes, and had the furnace working for us just as fast! Will definitely use their service qgain in the future!

Outstanding Service. Called them at 9:00, and job was finished by 2PM. Very friendly and polite. Picked up parts on way out (I am on a acreage) based on my telephone call. Will definitely use them again and will recommend them to everyone.

We were incredibly pleased with how quick they were to get back to us with a quote and even more impressed by the next day installation! We are very happy with our new hot water tank and will definitely be going through M/T Sinc Inc in the future.

We found a leak in our upstairs shower one day and M/T showed up the next morning promptly at 0815. He was efficient, the price was great and he was very professional. 10 out of 10 would recommend and will definitely be using again in the future.

Very happy with their work. They replaced our furnace and duct work. Asked us what we would like done before proceeding with the work. Informed us of what was going on daily. Explained how everything worked once it was installed. Owner gave us his cell number in case we had any questions. Will be using them when we need the plumbing roughed in our basement.

Replaced kitchen faucet and reset dishwasher drainage hose - work was done very quickly, cleanly, and reasonably priced. Would recommend them without reservation. Very pleased!!
