Very weird that they can’t open car wash before 9am, and said there is city rule then and how other car washes are open on that time. Very rude customer service

Worst car wash in the entire city, always has issues. Avoid this location

Bad one. This station staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. I can't get a wash ticket for being unable to wash during regular hour. It Staff refused to provide service which is something I paid for and told me to go somewhere else. It should be correctly advertised as from 7AM-9PM, not per day as it's not 24hrs service.I have a season pass which I share with other people and Sunday is my wash day. During regular hours, I don't even have chance to get in due to long line up and I'm particularly busy on Sunday and only have time at night. And it's not even that late, 9PM, I can't use the car wash and not provided with a wash ticket to use for another time. I don't understand what bother her to provide a ticket which is part of the service if we happen to miss the wash. I don't want to waste my time argue with the staff. Next time I will not renew the season pass with Petro wash due to the way they treat customer.

I fell for the car wash scam. They said I would get two free washes if I buy the card and guess what, no free washes. I obviously complained and they could care less, it was like talking to a cat.The car wash also hits and bends your mirror if you have a car larger than a beetle.

Waited an hour for the car wash only for it to be apparently broken. Attendant wasn’t letting anyone know it wasn’t operational ahead of time.

Car wash closes at 9pm yet that wasn’t advertised when I bought the season pass

Very poor service. When I came last time the closing time was 9 pm. I reached at 8:50 pm and the employee told that we close at 8:30. However, I could see two car in the line for wash. The excuses given in defence were very lame and unrealistic. And I did see the previous car entering car wash just when I was at the traffic signal and it did not take me half an hour to reach from traffic signal to their car wash. Moreover, she started saying these are Guelph city rules. Well, how can the city rules change for one petro Canada car wash. Very poor and pathetic customer service.

We bought a car wash membership yearly. This is a 3rd years, the wash become worse, the car came out after wash like half done and unclean. The staffs would not do anything, next membership will be somewhere else. Too bad for the owner
