I had color on my skin, the girl seems bored, I ask for a design and honestly my kids will have done better. And the price is high. Don't think I will go back there.

Came for the first time a few days ago. I’ve been in the search for a new nail place for manicures/pedicures and decided to try this place. The facility was very clean and could see the girls disinfecting the stations as they went. Which was great to see. However I found my pedicure pretty useless. I don’t know what I paid for if no foot care was given and just a mail polish application. The foot scrub they did do only lasted about 4 seconds, not making a difference. Felt very rushed. The manicure was decent, but sloppy. Looks like something I could have done myself and wasn’t a smooth coat. Price was very low, with a tip it was $60 (cash). Price and cleanliness 5/5, actual service 2/5. I recommend getting service somewhere else, even if it costs more.

I have been a customer of aloha nails for 3 years and my last 2 visits were a disappointment. Not only it looks understaffed but not even a smile is offered. The service today was specially mediocre at best. I asked for a refill on my acrylic nails and a ombre shellac. The lady who provided the service was very rough and clearly had a problem with the powder and the refill looks terrible. I could tell she was still learning how to use the equipment and was trying to figure out how to place the product. I have no problem with people trying to learn and practice on me, but I would like to be told beforehand and most importantly, not to be charged for the service as it seemed it was me providing it. At the end I just left with the a mediocre refill and no color because she didn't know how to do the ombre (as I had before at this establishment). Not happy to having paid 50 dollars for something i hated.

First experience was really good but each experience since has been okay. Have only been for pedicures. First had a long massage, gel in the water, more relaxing. Since they are rushed and a little painful. Got a cut last time but apologized. Staff is friendly, nice inside. Will be trying somewhere else where it feels more enjoyable.

The facility is beautiful but I had a terrible experience.I called three days ahead to see if they were able to create 3D flower designs. Because this particular location was about 45 minutes from my home I wanted to make sure they could complete the particular style. The receptionist confirmed their nail tech could and booked an appointment today. When I got to the appointment the receptionist had a conversation with the nail tech and came to inform me that the nail tech wasnt able to and asked if I was willing to wait 15 minutes for another staff member to complete them instead. After 15 minutes another nail tech came over and said they also could not do it. I ended up sitting down with the first nail tech and someone who I believe was the manager. The manager did apologize and said they had actually changed the nail tech for the service ahead of time without realizing that I was coming in for a particular service. The manager tried to provide add on flowers and stickers as options and was apologetic.I didnt want to waste the 45 minute drive so I got a solid color done and went to pay. The manager did take 20% off the total price because of what happened but another nail tech who was processing the payment told me that I should have sent a picture and been more prepared next time.Ultimately, the appointment was disappointing. It was also infuriating that the rest of staff blamed me for their error when I had actually called prior to confirm that they had the ability to perform the skill. It really took away from the experience but also the good intentions of the manager who had tried to find a remedy.There arent a lot of nail salons in this area that dont require a lengthy drive - just wanted to make sure anyone who is looking is aware that this could happen to them here so that they dont feel as defeated as i was.

I got an amazing set of gel nails from Aloha! Highly recommended this place. Staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, and do great work.

I was very disappointed with the nail service I got. I felt very rushed, and the work didn’t seem like it wasn’t done right. I went back in as she filed the side of my nail, which took the colour off and tried to tell me that the colour is still there and fix it with topcoat which didn’t make it any better. And the corner of my nails were lifting already.

I had a horrible experience here and will not be back. The receptionist didn’t book us properly. They were strapped for time due to their booking error . My pedicure was literally 20 mins long for $57 … no way.My son’s girlfriend had acrylic nails put on wrong colour … ugh will not be back

i’ve been going to Aloha since i moved to Kincardine from the city, so roughly about three years. I think it’s excellent. I think the girls are beyond polite to everyone who comes in and I think they do a great job. Jennifer was my go-to girl for a very long time until she left so i’ve been going back and fourth between people for a bit but i’d like to specifically say Leyla (I could be spelling that wrong) has always done an amazing job and been super polite to me! My only complaint would be that there seems to be a misunderstanding of what a coffin shaped nail is, but to be honest i would not be able to do have as good of a job as any of these girls do so honestly if it looks good it looks good regardless of a shape difference. Amazing job ladies, keep up the good work!
