A neat corner sushi take out place with good food at a very affordable price. The owners are quick at service and are very polite. The sushi combos are highly recommended and come with miso soup. There is also plenty of parking in the front, side, and back.

We are very happy with this Sushi restaurant. Never disappointed, price is very good for the quality. The Sashimi is always fresh also along with all their other food. We have eaten Sushi pretty much everywhere around us now and this definitely is the favourite!

Food is great... staff friendly and cheerful.. very accommodating... I'm a regular that is why the knew me well... how I wish they would put back the tables and chairs for dine in.

New owners have taken over, this is a small takeout or eat in sushi place, with all your typical sushi offerings. Fast service and fresh tasty food, they serve beer. The restaurant is clean, the owners are friendly and it's a nice place to stop in and have a quick bite.

I really love Jin Sushi. A very nice little mom and pop shop with great prices and great quality food. We're regulars and one time my partner forgot to order my rolls with no fish eggs. When we showed up they said we know you usually order without fish eggs so we left them off for you just incase". So sweet and considerate. Their special rolls are so delicious and everything always tastes fresh."

If you first look at this shop, you will assume their sushi is not good, right? I can now tell you that their sushi taste very good and fresh! Their standard and quality can compete with those good sushi restaurants in surrey, and to my taste and like, is actually taste better.This small restaurant only do take-out order and no dine-in.Price is reasonable and portion is big too. Will come back for more sushi next time. Highly recommend this place for sushi.

My family & I won't eat anywhere else! We love the staff and the food is amazing and beautiful!! This is the 1st place that hubby has ever ordered Sashimi. We all had a lil laugh when the Chef pointed it out!! So.. if you haven't already, You need to check this place out!!
