Dr. Jeff Gong - there is a difference between being concise, time efficient and being rude, abrasive, condescending and in general inept at human interaction. Thank goodness my experience was a phone appointment, hence the positive that garnered a star.

Disqusting behavior . First I booked then they called to confirm . And a day before they canceled because they don't want . And receptionist hang up the receiver over my ear. Typical street behavior and not professional medicam clinic. Even 1 star is too much for you

Staff and Dr. are amazing, every time I call reception is pleasant and helpful. Dr. Gong is an advocate for my health like I have not had before.

Take skytrain from Nanaimo production university about 1 hr. Ride see sapperton station off skytrain .walk uphill right hand .near Columbia hospital is still under construction.keep walk 25 min.2 blocks 447 on left side . waiting bus on stop half hr.and no bus .road is slippy andwalk is hard..telephone is better communication to doctor.no free parking..

This place is just amazing starting from the Front desk to the last person you will meet here for your health matters ..The pharmacy as well ,best staff and very helpfully all the time...

I was referred to Dr Stevens for a bizarre neurological condition that seemed to be triggered by bug bites sustained while travelling in South America. She has made every effort possible to rule out an ongoing infectious cause with numerous tests for illnesses occurring in the region and elsewhere I may have travelled, and ultimately did refer me to a tropical disease clinic in Vancouver for further investigation. She was patient in answering my many questions and I would greatly recommend her in a similar circumstance. While my issue is primarily neurological now, she was one of the most diligent specialists I am seeing. She regularly followed up about my symptom progression and continued any subsequent testing as necessary. This is despite her working in and out of the hospital on long rotations, and I greatly appreciate her time working on my case. While I’m still looking for a diagnosis, she was able to rule out the vast majority of infectious causes and reassure both myself and my wife about my ongoing issues, and refer me for further investigation as appropriate. The staff in the office including Dr Stevens receptionist are all phenomenal as well. Thanks all for the great work you do :)
