Dr. Anna is simply amazing. In a such heartbreaking time she was kind, calm, empathetic and most of all professional. We could not ask for a better experience and she did everything right, at the end I felt like like she knew our Butters for years and was very respectful of our wishes and delivered what we asked for seamlessly. She made his passing the most gentle send-off and gave me a piece of my heart back.

It’s been a little over a month since we lost our baby boy. He had been diagnosed with kidney failure the year before, and went downhill rapidly within a week. My partner and I knew a vet home visit would be best to give him as much comfort as possible. Despite his busy schedule, Dr. Lang was able to accommodate our last minute request to come to our home. Both Dr. Lang and his wife were professional, kind, patient, and informative. They performed a careful and thorough assessment. After they confirmed it was time to say goodbye, we were fully informed of the step by step process and what would happen. Our baby passed away peacefully. There was no struggle, and no suffering. Dr. Lang also took the time to phone us the day after to check in and see how we were doing. He and his wife clearly care for every animal and are such compassionate people. Thank you for making our baby comfortable in his final moments.

We will be forever grateful to Dr. Mark Lang and his wife Karen. They were angels on earth, and we are blessed to have found them for this process. They made a huge positive impact on us by helping us feel comforted and supported on this painful journey. This was an extremely stressful and terrible moment for all of us in our family, as we had to make this difficult decision to help our beloved cat, Janice, cross over the rainbow with peace and dignity, as she deserved.Even though it was an awful and emotional moment for us, they both made us feel a big relief knowing that we were doing the right thing. They were caring, patient and super respectful during the entire process. They explained to us everything, step by step, on what was involved and what to expect to be fully prepared. They brought a little basket which had some sort of cushion inside, and a nice soft blanket to transport her to the cremation services, and this made us feel that she was in good hands. They really made sure Janice was comfortable and calmed all the way through, and they treated her as if she was their own, which we will never forget and we will always appreciate it.From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I can not express how much we appreciate Dr.Lang.Our cat became very ill and always hated to go to the vet.When we discovered that our kitty had only very short life left, we decided to let him go from the comfort of our home.Dr.Lang was very professional,warm & kind that I felt very comfortable to ask him to support my baby to go to the heaven.He placed my kitty in a box with very nice blanket after and I felt that he really cared our kitty.We had the best peaceful situation we could create for our kitty and I am so thankful for Dr.Lang.I am still in deep sadness but also satisfied that we could send him very peacefully.Thank you very much for your service.

Dr. Lang and his wife were exactly what we needed. They were calm and respectful. They explained every detail of home euthanasia, what to expect and even handled the cremation. They gave us the timewe needed to say goodbye. They were very professional. We appreciated the fact that they called our regular vet and checked our dog's file. They learned all about her and were able to confirm it was the right time to let her go. There was nothing for us to do but be with our pet. We could not have asked for it to go any better.

I normally don't do reviews but Mark Lang went above and beyond. He came to our home to euthanize our beloved dog killer and he did a great job. He really cared about how comfortable she was and did everything he could to help her pass peacefully. He was so respectful to her. He even sent a hand written card to sent us his sympathies.

We were traveling to BC in Winter with an aging Whippet so I contacted Mark Lang in advance as a worst case scenario in the event that the health of our little friend worsened remarkably. It did... during our vacation while we were all directly in the path of an Arctic outflow the week on December 19, 2022. Mark was snowed in so we were forced to find an alternative that could travel to our hotel to euthanize our dog. We found Harry Makkar of Hemlock Animal Hospital that came to our hotel during a snow storm on 12/22/22. Even though Mark could not perform the service nor collect a fee of any kind, he sent us a bouquet of flowers that we found in our room. It made us cry upon sight that someone could be so kind. Thank you Mark.

I cannot recommend Mark highly enough. He was kind, compassionate and so gentle with our beloved cat who had turned very ill and needed to pass with peace and dignity. Mark was extremely helpful and empathic to me and my son through one of the most difficult things we have ever had to endure. He was also reasonably priced. We are so thankful to have Mark come into our lives during such a tough time and make it go as well as it could possibly go. Thank you, Mark.

We are so grateful that Mark and Karen were able to come to help us with a peaceful farewell for our wee boy Gus today. This is our second experience with their service, they helped us last year with our cat. Their calming nature and compassion makes the whole experience easy and comfortable. We can’t recommend them enough, it will be the best decision you make for yourself and your fur-baby.
