Very cheerful n helpful staff; alert but amicable security; bountiful of resources; and spacious study rooms. Only annoyance however is the way kids enjoying the facility. Sometimes they are continuously a little too loud and nobody bothers. All up, it is good experience there.

Welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Lovely smaller library. However it's become a hangout spot for neighbourhood children which would be fine if and they would be quiet and behave appropriately.

The library has - extremely helpful staff, quite and clean environment, good collection of books (especially Bengali books and magazines). We have been going to this library on a regular basis for over 5 years even though it is a bit of a walk for us. Highly recommended!

Excellent services and supportive staff! Comprehensive collection and friendly environment. You can: study, checkout books/DVDs, use computers, connect free WiFi, photocopy, scan, and do group study. Good collection for kids. Support 3 languages: Bangla, Tamil and Chinese.

Wowwwww , the stuf here keep shouting and talking loudly all the time. Its a terrible place to study here . The noice is unbearable there are also amall children after 10 am and you feel like ur not in a library. Usually i spend 8 hours of study in the library but here I couldn’t stay for 2 hours. The worst library i ever been too …..

The public library is a comfortable area for all ages; friendly staff are very helpful. Needs major expansion for space in areas of adaptive technology room for 2hrs use people of disability.
