Petroula was instrumental in making our wedding day as smooth and beautiful as it ended up being. The chair covers, sashes, and aisle runner she brought were stunning in colour, fabric, and arrangement. She took care of all the setup and teardown of her decoration pieces, and we cannot overstate how helpful this was. We were able to coordinate well in advance of the wedding, even meeting with her in person to select the exact fabrics and colour to use, and she was able to perfectly and seamlessly set everything up on our day. She even took the initiative to coordinate with the event planner at our venue to make sure everything would work. We would absolutely recommend Petroula and her decorations to any upcoming weddings, she was a treat to work with!

We used Chairs with Flair for our wedding reception. We were one of many couples whose wedding celebrations were affected by the pandemic. We still got married in 2020, but we pushed back our reception until it was safe enough to party. Thankfully, Chairs with Flair (especially Petroula) was so flexible, accommodating, professional and kind to us. They were ready to work with us whenever we had a finalized date to celebrate our reception. It took a year and a half, but we finally were able to celebrate this Fall (2021) and it was SO worth the wait. Our chairs looked wonderful and we even added some decor and lights for our Sweetheart and cake tables which looked PERFECT. If we ever need chair covers, lighting, decor, etc...for an event - we know the first place we will contact. Thank you all!

We used Chairs with Flair for our wedding reception. The chair covers, head table decor and backdrop were all awesome. Petroula was very helpful and her crew made everything look perfect! She came to set up and came back late to take down all decors. We would hire her again if we have any other events in the future.

Used this company to rent covers for a birthday party, rather than a wedding but regardless of my smaller event the service was fantastic and I was happy every step of the way. They have a huge selection of sash colours and helped me curated the perfect look for my party. Would reccomend to anyone for seat decor!n

We hired Petroula (Chairs with Flair) as a recommendation from Burnaby Mountain Clubhouse (our venue) and we are very glad we did! Petroula was very helpful from the beginning -she met with me and my husband to show us the different types of fabrics that she had available that fit our wedding theme- and through the entire process leading to my wedding day. She also had lots of suggestions, which was very helpful to someone indecisive as me. The day of the wedding EVERYTHING looked beautiful -the guests tables and chairs, the headtable, the cake table, etc. Petroula is very professional and sweet; you'll have a good time navigating your wedding venue looks with her

The chair covers and sashes provided by Petroula were absolutely amazing! They made the whole room look so nice and the sashes were the perfect colours. We had a few changes in the number of guests and Petroula was more than accommodating each time I let her know. Highly recommend!
