Dave at the Monticello Enterprise was awesome!! He came outside as soon as I arrived. I received a new Dodge Charger as my full size sedan" rental at a very good price! When he saw my minivan he offeredra larger vehicle

Did not do business with this facility. Dropped someone off there to rent a vehicle.

Our car was at the dealer for work and we ended up renting a car from Monticello location. Our challenge was to find a vehicle that could accommodate 5 people on a tight budget. Manager Rachael came to our rescue! She had excellent customer service. She truly went above and beyond for us. She offered us two great vehicles to choose from. Thank you Rachael!!! AND Logan who finished up the transaction for us. Also a great team member with excellent customer service. We had the best vehicle rental experience ever. THANK YOU!!!

Visited twice in about 7 months as I've needed to rent a vehicle while my car was being repaired. I rented through insurance and it was completely hassle free. In and out time was about 10 minutes. Returning the rental was about 5 minutes. Also, they've upgraded my rental from standard to an SUV, no charge, simply because I'm my parent's main transportation and they're elderly which makes it difficult for them to get in and out of vehicles. So they upgraded me to an SUV to accommodate them as well. Both times they had a driver pick me up at the repair shop and drop me back off at the shop when it was finished being repaired. The driver on returning to the shop was different each time, both male, however, they both were very courteous and polite. The pick up lady was the same and she wasn't as communicable/ sociable. But overall, I have no complaints. I will be renting from them every time I need a rental. Oh and the vehicles are clean and well maintained.

Vehicle not very clean. Just simply removing stuff from a car does not equal clean. A car wash and wipe-down doesn't take long. In addition, I reserved an Explorer or Grand Cherokee. What I got when I arrived was a very small compact crossover with a tiny 4 cylinder, which was much smaller than the vehicle reserved. I could have asked for a mid-size car (Camry, etc.) and it would have been larger than this little thing. Of course I was charged the price for an Explorer or Grand Cherokee. When they brought me to my car, I asked, Where is the Explorer?" The response was

Over double for anyone under 25. Was condescending and calous when inquiring as to legalities of car rental. Car was also almost twice as expensive as a car of the same price bracket and size even without factoring the young drivers fee in. Have used this service twice, I have been working for absolutely no monetary income for the past three months while having to use this rental service due to the cost of this service taking my entire pycheck. I also don't work at McDonalds. I am a full-time computer repair technician and IT expert in the cities. Will not be using this service again.

They are amazing, customer service is high quality, the car was impeccable, they even worked with insurance beyond satisfactory! I'll never rent anywhere else! I would also love to buy my next car there. 10 stars!
