I recently visited SMRO for an oil change, and I have to say, I was impressed with their service. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly staff who were ready to assist me. They explained the process and the different types of oil available for my vehicle and helped me choose the best option for my needs.The actual oil change was quick and efficient, and they even performed a free inspection of my vehicle's other fluids and filters.They find out left side indicator and breat light bulbs were gone and they were kind enough to replace at same time.The mechanic who worked on my car was knowledgeable and professional, and he explained everything he did and answered my questions.

I cannot recommend this place more highly. Extremely honest service; they take the time to explain what the issue is and what the pros/cons are of getting a particular service (or not). I.e., they do not try to sell you services/parts that you don't immediately need. They are also extremely accommodating and helpful; my brake servicing was longer than expected, but I had an appointment to get to, so the owner drove me to my appointment, then picked me up afterwards to bring me back to the shop. Will continue coming back to this location for all my vehicle needs, and would highly recommend to others.

Honest and efficient and friendly. Their reservation system works, they're courteous and helpful. They treat you like a valued customer, they tell you what's wrong and they actually fix it. Highly recommend!

After being rubbed the wrong way at a different repair shop due to lack of customer service, and what seemed to be an overly excessive assessment and quote, I googled for nearby repair shops that did exhaust work. I called SMRO and had an appointment booked promptly. As I arrived I immediately was refreshed at the great contrast in the immediate excellent professional customer service and right away had my car up on the hoist to access the issue. The owner himself physically showed me the problem and solution which was an efficient repair vs the unnecessary replacement which was the only option the prior shop offered. This repair was done well, has held up and saved me a ton of money. I will be continuing business with this shop which from my experience is an all around skilled and professional breath of fresh air. Thank you for being a skilled, trusty and hands on, personable business people can count on!

Just a quick note of appreciation to Robin for going above and beyond to fix a part on a used car I just bought.The easy route would have been to replace the part. Unfortunately, the replacement part was not available from the dealer (anywhere) or from local auto part providers. My own searches with online part seller indicated it was not possible to get from online either - as unbelievable as it might sound. Robin took the longer route, the only option available, and repaired the used part.I am a new customer and he went above and beyond for a perfect stranger. I am no mechanic but I know enough to realize that the price he charged was very reasonable.

Last week I came to this business to ask for a second opinion on apparent damage to my car that was voiding my warranty on my Honda civic. The Honda service centre was making a false claim that I had caused damage to my own car.These people spent a considerable amount of time discussing this issue with me, and instead of charging me for their service, directed me to an alternative Honda service centre for a full wheel alignment which would expose the issue with my car's supposedly damaged control arm.Thanks to their advice I was able to show that there was no damage to my car and the Honda service Centre was attempting to dodge the warranty.I had scheduled an oil change with them, but unfortunately, I'm not able to carry through with the appointment due to my car being finally repaired under full warranty together with an apology in the form a free oil change and other services.Anyhow, thanks again for your help. I average 5000 km a month on my car so I will be seeing you soon for the next servicing.

Excellent shop! I've been going here for 2 years and every time I go there, the service is excellent. I got into a car accident and they made sure that the repair of my car went smoothly. Strongly recommend.

Great service, owner Robin is very attentive to his clients. He makes sure repairs are necessary and that the customer understands what will be done and the cost.
