Urban Quartz and Granite

Amazing job !! I’ve had quartz installed in past homes but this was the best install , price , quality and staff I’ve ever experienced … not to mention less than 10 days from start to finish. I actually had to delay them 2 days and they were happy to accommodate the change. So impressed I had to share my review. Highly recommend this company !! Thanks again

I'm happy with the new kitchen countertop. They offer vast selection. I found the a great shade to match my kitchen. The quality of their quartz is also top-notch.The installation process was seamless and hassle-free. The installation team arrived on time and were professional and courteous throughout the entire process. They worked efficiently and cleanly, ensuring that there was minimal disruption to my home.Overall, I would highly recommend Urban Quartz to anyone in need of new kitchen countertops. Uneven experience. They clearly know counters, and I appreciate that they specialize and not try to be all things to all people. Mike spotted that a seam wasn't done correctly, and came back to fix it. He also promised other things, but didn't follow through. I showed Mike damage to my (newly refinished) hardwood floor, caused by them working with power tools on my floor without a protective covering. (Note that when ice and snow was tracked onto the floor, and I asked them if they had more matting to protect the floor, they said no they didn't. They come with just 8 feet of matting in the truck? I'm glad I was there to wipe it up, otherwise there could be been more damage to the floor) Sonia said no, that damage wasn't caused by us. Um, who else would it be? Dents appear in my pristine floor on the same day that 3 guys were working there with power tools, but it wasn't them? Overall, there are many other options in the city. To avoid potential headaches, avoid this place.

I was initially nervous as there was not too many google reviews and their store location is so small. But the product is fantastic, the delivery was on time and the service was simple and easy. The only thing you should know is you are responsible for the caulking between counter and wall

Tony was amazing, we walked in with our floor tile, he paused a second, bounced out of his chair and said “follow me”, we did and next thing we knew he had picked the perfect counter and we were out of there in 15 minutes. Sonia Maria was very accommodating and did her best to work with our reno schedule. Unfortunately their installers had some truck issues during a winter cold spell and we had to adjust. It took a couple tries, but the final counters are FANTASTIC!

Ordered bench, niche and jams for my shower. Needed the order done on a certain date and I made it clear it was critical to have it done on that date. Urban Quartz assured me no issues at all. Time comes and I get the run around for days. Finally able to pick it up and the fabricator informed us the order was just dropped suddenly on him the day before. Very unprofessional. I had a contractor travel SIX hours to do this job and only had a small time frame to complete. To top it all off it’s cut INCORRECTLY and causing my contractor a lot of extra work to correct the waterfall piece… you’re a counter top fabricator and installer, you do waterfall pieces all the time. Why was this so hard? Very disappointing.

We recently had some countertops installed in our kitchen and Urban Quartz was the absolute best! Tony, Alex, Sonia Maria, the guy that came to do our measurements and the installers were all amazing and such a pleasure to deal with. Their prices can't be beat and the quality of their service is second to none. We won't hesitate to use their services again in the future! Thank you so much for our gorgeous new countertops!

I have to change my recommendation for this company. The first dealing we had with them was positive but when I went back to do another bathroom, a meeting was set up, and when I got there he wasn’t there. And despite the number of times I called he would never return my calls. I recommend you move on to a better company.After a very negative and disastrous experience with another quartz company, we were referred to Urban Quartz. The whole experience was amazing from Alex who took care of us in choosing the quartz, the person who came to measure and the ones who installed. The counter top was cut to perfection and we couldn't be happier. I not only highly recommend them, but we will be doing our kitchen and ensuite using them.
