Makena Painting and Restoration
Mike and his crew were professional and fair in their pricing. Always showing up on time and as they verbally committed to, they were one of the hardest working contractors we've had in our home.They went above and beyond the necessary wall repairs and prep work on our interior painting spaces so that the finished product is perfection.We were completely satisfied with their work and will be hiring them on an annual basis to do future painting projects lined up around the house. Honest and fair!

The Strata required repairs and remediation in the attic after a problem was identified. Michael responded immediately to our enquiries and attended to the site promptly. An inspection was done and Michael provided honest clear information on the work required. The estimate was detailed, the price in our estimation was very fair and came in as submitted. Michael showed up when he said he would, did the work required and all in all an excellent job was performed. Our Strata would highly recommend his Company.

Mike and his crew did an excellent job with the renovation of my condo, including new paint and new vinyl plank flooring. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. And because I work from home they did their best to accommodate me by providing me with space to work.

Michael is a very professional painter. He was reliable and hard working, has excellent attention to detail and focus on quality. He did the exterior of our house and provided a lot of additional advice and service along the way. Our house turned out really great!

Mike and his 2 coworkers were fantastic. There was a lot of extra work for our project and they took it on and worked extra long hours. They were very fair and did a great job on the exterior and interior. We will use them again and definitely recommend them

Mike and his crew worked hard every day, painted professionally, cleaned up and in general did a great job, on a fairly difficult house to paint. His estimate was fair, well laid out and explained, and best yet, he came in under his estimate! Great job!

Mike took on what I soon realized was a challenging job....just because he pays attention to detail...I came home mid job and there he was painting the smallest bit of trim under one of the peaks which is 3 stories high at that point.....we never would have known if he had done that part of the job.....but he knew. Personable, efficient, cared about costs for the homeowner and committed to giving the very best service. Glad to see he has an assistant now.....he works so long and hard. A real pleasure to work with.....I don't take referring someone lightly but I have already passed his name along to 3 of our friends in the first week after completion of his work here. Thanks Mike and to Miranda who works behind the scenes.

I just moved into town & needed quality company to repaint my whole apartment before I moved in. I didn’t have a large time frame before my furniture was moved in. I read through many reviews of other companies & trusted the reviews for this company. Mike gave me a good estimate & the final price was truly good for the extras I last minute discovered I needed done. Being a painting/ restoration company, they could handle everything. I was given a finish date & they worked hard to be sure the job was done right & on time ( in spite of my extras!)I will keep Mike his hard working team on speed dial for any future work I need done.Thank you, Mike and team!
