Went for waxing of my chin and upper lip - she waxed too close to my lip and burnt me. I have burn marks on my lip now which hurt. Terrible first experience

Visited for hair cut, color, manicure-pedicure. Great staff, skilled stylist, amazing results. Relaxing and clean salon. Highly recommend.

Hair and Spa Retreat
This was my first visit, and I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. Lena did the most amazing job trimming and styling my hair, I felt like a million bucks when I left! She has a very loyal client in me, I won't go anywhere else; she knows what she's doing and is a pleasure to chat with on top of being the best stylist ever. The Salon is open and airy, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. I'll be back in six weeks!!

Excellent service and always a wonderful experience. I get my nails done here often and never leave unsatisfied. Staff is very welcoming and professional. Whenever I get my lash extensions done here, they're always the perfect length and style as to how I like them.By far my favorite salon to go to for nails and lashes!

Booked my appointment for a Thursday evening just hours before and had no issues getting in! I got a classic lash extension set where time flew by and I didn’t feel a thing! Lucy’s professionalism is on point. My lashes feel so natural and I had no reactions (I have sensitive eyes)I also got the BioGel Set, ombré air brushed tips with 2 stones! Again the time flew, she helped me find the perfect nude - another steal! All the services took only around 1.5 hours and only cost $120 before tax & tip!Bonus, they have a loyalty card! If you want to love your hair, ask for Lynn! Professional, expert at colour, cut and style. Lynn is wonderful at suggesting styles that make all the women in my family look beautiful! Large, clean salon with Covid measures in place.

I drive all the way from Mississauga just to get my lashes done by Lucy. She is talented, kind and extremely fast. The fastest I have ever gotten my lashes done & they stay on for quite some time too. Every month I go in for my lashes, mani/pedi & some facial wax and it never takes her more than 2 and a half hours. Kim is also very good at nails

The wonderful women at Esthetic Retreat Beauty Spa & Nails were able to fit my friend and I in last minute on a Saturday. All staff were very friendly and professional which I personally enjoy when I get my nails done as it adds for a comforting environment. My friend and I both loved the pedicure we received. Each staff member took their time and were very thorough. The manicure was also wonderful and very well done! Thank you to the staff, you made my friend and I feel very comfortable and we had a wonderful experience at your establishment! I will definitely be coming back. :)

Hair and Spa Retreat
This was my first time to Hair and Spa Retreat. Lynn cut and coloured my hair and I couldn't be happier. Best haircut I have ever had!!! I walked out feeling 10 years younger. The salon is very clean and the staff are professional. I would highly recommend. I wish I could give more than 5 stars

Lynn did a fabulous job! My hilights, cut and style got me many compliments! The salon is clean and staff are friendly, professional and had Covid 19 measures in place to keep me healthy. Overall, another great experience with Lynn at her new location. I have already booked my next appointment! Will have to try the spa services too! Highly recommended!
