If you go into this store make sure to double check price labels when you pick up the product and prices you’re charged when you’re at the cash register. Be prepared to listen to attitude and hearing things like “you’re not reading the labels right” from customer service when you point out there’s a mistake. Thanks for the interesting shopping experience, but I’d rather shop somewhere else a little more organized and with polite staff members.

I just had the best experience at Canadian Tire Service EVER! All thanks to Mohammad the service manager.He helped explain what was wrong with my vehicle better than any other shop and got my car running again. Impressed with the knowledge and customer service.Will be back again.Thank you,

Large plaza with plenty parking. We were able to park at the reserved spot for customers with kids. Convenient location with many anchor stores. Bright and organized. We were able to find what we were looking for. The only concern was the customer service. Some of them needed further training when they encountered customer inquiring. One of them we talked to was inpatient and not so welcoming.

I have always considered Canadian Tire as my go-to store for outdoor furniture, often choosing it over all other competitors due to its reputation for quality products. However, my most recent purchase was a letdown. I bought a table that, upon delivery, was discovered to be scraped and damaged.The quality control for this product was apparently lacking, as the scrapes were substantial enough to affect the overall look and functionality of the table. It's disappointing to receive a product that's not in the condition you expect, particularly when the product is something as significant as a piece of furniture. The fact that I chose this table over similar products from other stores adds to my disappointment.Moreover, dealing with this issue has been a frustrating and time-consuming experience. Instead of enjoying my new table, I found myself spending valuable time trying to resolve the situation.When I approached the store manager about the issue, hoping for a discount on my exchange, I was met with resistance. The manager argued against my request, refusing to offer any kind of compensation for the inconvenience caused by the defective product. This is not the level of customer service I expected from a brand like Canadian Tire, especially considering the loyalty I have shown by consistently choosing them over their competitors.I hope my experience is an isolated incident and not indicative of a general decline in quality or customer service. I hope that Canadian Tire takes this feedback seriously and makes necessary improvements to ensure that all products sold are in the best condition possible and that customer grievances are handled with more empathy and understanding.Despite this negative experience, I'm willing to give Canadian Tire another chance, but I'd appreciate more rigorous quality checks on their products and better customer service in the future.

Their auto service department is unprofessional by not keeping to appointments and unnecessarily rude. A guy named Mohammed there was unpleasant to me and other customers.

Horrible... drove for 30 minutes to this canadian tire to get a can of paint mixed.... no one knows how to mix paint including the manager. (Even when I asked for their brand of paint and the exact colour on their own colour swatches).I understand staff not being versed with some of the products in specific departments but the managers not knowing the store product systems?????Better off going to Lowes if you need help home renos.

I am not a fan of their no backpacks policy. Recently, it hasn't been inforced too harshly but I still see the sign up so it doesn't seem to be fully gone. I also don't like the pushy credit card sales people.Prices are occasionally pretty competitive and service is alright. It would normally be 4 stars if it were not for the backpack policy and the pushy triangle card people. I will still probably go here but I am not happy about it.

I always receive exceptional service when I’m here. I have a location very close to my home. However, I feel the service at this location is worth every minute of the extra drive! Maleki is amazing and so helpful! He always gets the job done right! I HIGHLY recommend this location!

Great store and good location. Staff are very helpful. There are always amazing sales so wait for the good prices if not in a hurry.
