Black River Country Club
Brought 2 foursomes out, Course was in poor shape, the worst i've seen. T boxes were not cut, green and fairways burnt,. Other courses in the area seem to be able to keep their courses in much better shape with the extreme" weather. The most expensive 9 holes with a cart in the area

Black River Country Club
Played Sept 10 and 11. Very beautifully layed out course with mature trees. However, it has succumbed to a lack of care and a shortage of staff. I was told by the pro shop attendant that there is no greenskeeper nor course superintendent. A course cannot survive without any one of them but both? I would love an opportunity to play this course again if it ever gets back to glory.

Black River Country Club
Course has a really good layout even though the cart paths are non existent. Seems like you’re driving over grass most of the time. There are very little signs that point you in the direction of the next tee. The greens are probably the worst iv ever seen in my entire life. It’s like playing on a dirt road that hasn’t seen rain I years. Could be a good course with lots and lots of work:

I went to Black River Country Club, for an upcoming event, The event manager Mandi was awesome she covered all the details, and suggested all kinds of great ideas to make this event go above and beyond a simple get together. I'm looking forward to working with there team.

The course is in much better shape the greens are a nice green color the course is in much better shape all together they have awesome deals Mon-Thursday 8-3 30$ for one person and a cart and fri,sat,sun 18 holes with a cart for 2 people is 49$ with 2 free drinks call and make a tee time and enjoy our beautiful course

Course has a great layout, good luck putting on the surface of Mars. Unbelievable how dead the greens are for how wet of a spring we have had.

While it's a beautiful layout, sadly the greens have been lost. A couple greens had about 40% of grass, the remaining are less than 25% usable. It's more than a drought, likely a fungus. Professional help is required.Looks like grass is cut once a week as tee box grass were 2 inches tall on Sunday.

Poorly maintained tee boxes.Poorly maintained fairways with grass as long as my lawn.Absolutely the worst greens I have ever played in my life. Most were blackened over 25-50% of the area.Such a shame because the course layout is actually nice and you can see this was probably a very nice course at one time.I have played many different courses this summer. None were in this state of repair.If I could have given zero stars I would have.
