They fail to admit any mistakes, and after complaining of exorbitant cost and atrocious cash grab..Compton actually made fun of the fact they charges for EVERYTHING .. having no feeling about the financial impact his cost schedule has on retires. If you get an estimate.. double it in your mind, as double is closer to the real cost.
