I called for a manicure and pedicure at 10:46am and got an appointment for 12:30pm. I got there at 12:24pm and showed them a picture of what I wanted (the picture was from their Instagram page). It took a lot of time for them to get started even though I had an appointment, but then they started with the pedi. Once she was done with my pedicure, she informs me that she cannot do the manicure. They then offer an appointment at 4:45pm or tell me to come back Monday. I stayed a little expecting them to see it doesn’t make sense. They did not care at all so I left at 2:41 pm.They also seem to act like most of their one star reviews are fake or unwarranted for, but I truly wished I had taken them into consideration. This is the first review I’ve ever left that is how terrible the experience was.

Amazing service. The staff is very kind and welcoming. I got my nails done by Danny and he is quite talented. I had never gotten any type of acrylic nails before, so I was a bit nervous but Danny made me feel very comfortable and the result is just beautiful. Will definitely be going back.
