Friendly owners. I guess they have been there for quite a long time. They stand behind their generic ink options and they offer very cheap refilled and off-brand ink. The colors print great. Tiny little place, packed with tons of options for every kind of printer. They also offer good rates for laser printer refills.

This store was in coquitlam center, but it has moved to westwood mall near real canadian superstore. It is hard to be seen from the parking area, but be patient to find it because it is worth to do so. The price they offer is pretty good. I used my old vita membership card and got a big discount. No question was asked once when I exchanged a defective cartridge. I also have a very old printer which the cartridge is no longer being produced, but they can refill it at a good price. That is pretty good. They also do passport photo at a low price, like eight dollars or something.

Conveniently located in the strip mall beside superstore - pleasant service and very good prices ( which makes paying for printer ink less painful)!
