Great place! I had not gone to a Gong Cha before outside of Asia, so I wasn't sure what to expect. This place has great boba or bubble tea whatever you want to call it.My fave currently is the mango jewellery milk tea. But I highly recommend the bubble waffles. I am used to calling them HK style egg waffles but anyway tastes the same as HK style just about. With three or four different flavours to choose. They also have a waffle on a stick.I don't have any photos with me now but I'll update this post later with some shots.Atmosphere is still kinda lacking only one large table and two small ones. But the location is not huge.

Basic bubble tea. The workers are fast. Some sweet treats available as well (Croffle anyone?), which kind of makes the whole place smell strongly of sugar. Pretty standard for a Gong Cha franchise.

Came here as it was a newer store location. We placed an order for 4 drinks-2J brown sugar oolong milk tea (8/10)-Peach green tea (7/10)-Matcha Mango w/mango kanten jelly (6/10) due to flavour profile of this drink didn’t match other locations I’ve been.-Passionfruit lychee green tea (7/10)Overall the most of the drinks were made okay but it came down to the actual tapiocas being too hard. Also having a difficult time with the employee that served our drinks due to finding out after they tried to charge a bag fee. This would of been okay if the question was asked while placing our 4 drink order from the start instead mentioning it when our drinks were finally finished, and on the way out.

I'm very happy to finally have a Gong Cha in Brampton. I really enjoy their options for toppings. They have some unique selections like their kanten jelly and creme brulee foam. Lately I have been loving their matcha mango drink!

Really nice new Gong Cha location! Everyone is super nice and explained the menu when I went in. My drink tasted great too! I love Gong Cha so it’s great we finally have a location in Brampton! Hope you have the coffee drinks soon too!

I had the pleasure of visiting Gong Cha, a popular boba store that is well-known for its delicious drinks and vibey atmosphere. My experience at Gong Cha was amazing, thanks in large part to the friendly staff and the lively environment.As soon as I walked into Gong Cha, I was greeted by a welcoming atmosphere. The place was decorated with modern decorations and the upbeat music added to the overall energy of the space. The staff were incredibly friendly, and they greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in.The menu at Gong Cha was extensive, and there were so many delicious drinks to choose from. I ordered a classic mango smoothie and it was one of the best I've ever had. The mangos were blended smoothly and had a great texture, and the sweetness was just the right amount. The drink was served in a nicely designed cup, with a straw that seemed to be made out of reuse-able material.One thing I did notice, however, was that the seating arrangements were a bit limited. Although the place had a great vibe, I wish there were more seats available for people to hang out at. That being said, the store was still buzzing with people, which added to the energetic atmosphere.Overall, my experience at Gong Cha was fantastic. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the drinks were delicious, and the atmosphere was lively and vibey. Although the seating arrangements were limited, I still enjoyed my time at the store and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great boba experience.

I love Gong Cha but the handful of times that I've been to this location - there has always been an issue. This one definitely takes the cake and I felt so disappointed that I had to write a review because I found a hair in my drink. I ordered 2 bbteas and 2 bubble cakes and took a sip of my Brown Sugar Oolong Milk Tea..only to be unpleasantly surprised! I had to take another look with the lid off and brighter lights but..definitely a hair.Will never be going back to this location.

I've been to this Gong Cha a few times now, and it's amazing! It made me fall in love with Boba! I definitely recommend the Brown Sugar Oolong Milk Tea with 2J if you're looking for something with a tea flavour. The ambience is also really cute, and aesthetic. Haven't tried there other teas, but the tapioca tastes really good, so I'm open to trying other teas as well!

The boba there is great. Good for a first time try. The service however is not the best. Staff is a little rude, but the food makes up for it. It doesn't take long for the boba, so service is quick also. Overall it is good.
