I do not recommend using Urad products. If you do, you can expect your leather goods to look worse than before. It may ruin the leather. Don't waste your money or time trying to get any resolution with their customer service either. To clean, condition and keep your leather goods looking shiny and beautiful try instead cleaning them with any saddle soap and top it off with dr. Marten's Wonder Balsam (you can get both on Amazon).
