Tracy at Courtenay Rogers and now Shaw is very important to the Rogers/Shaw amalgamation. She is very knowledgeable, patient and understanding. Even people with technology training have questions as technology changes so rapidly. It would be beneficial if there was a course in the basics of how to use a smart phone, smart TV, smart watches, etc. Even through Rogers outlet's or Shaw, after retail shops have closed. As a hairdresser in Courtenay, I recommend Tracy to my clients with technology questions and concerns.

Ibin helped me switch from Telus to Rogers after a rogers employee on 1800 number created an account for me under an incorrect name. It was all a big mess and there was a lot of confusion but Ibin helped clear everything up and setup the correct account! Very happy :)

went into the store and Nikolas helped me get set up with a new complimentary Rogers smaller sim card for my replacement cell.He was able to transfer/download all my contacts from a very old and big sim card that was on a 2007 flip phone, onto the newer phone that had a tiny sim card in a timely manner.Kudos for helping!!From its anchor stores of Canadian Tire, Quality Foods to London Drugs and lots of variety in between, this shopping centre has it all. Driving down from Campbell River, we thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent there.
