Swim Fin is awesome! Prior to Swim Fin, my son had many swimming lessons with other schools but made no progress. After switching to Swim Fin, I see marked improvements after only a few lessons. He is now able to swim the length of the pool without aid and has confidence in water.

Since my son started swim fins, we have seen great improvement and confidence in him while swimming. He was so afraid of dunking his head under water before, but now he is not afraid of the water anymore. He likes to explore while in the pool. He enjoys attending his swimming lessons! The instructors are good with kids and communicate their improvement!

I did not really want to leave one star review, but I guess I have to.Our son’s first class begins on Sunday July 9 and today is July 7.I sent two emails to this swim school on Tuesday and yesterday about my son’s HFMD, so I was trying to letting them know that he may miss first few days and asking what to do.They had sent us THEIR emails when THEY need something from parents and families while they are not responding to my inquiries. No phone numbers available I can reach out to..I am not sure how good they are on teaching swimming techniques during the classes, but how administrative teams are not very reachable and reactive.

I highly recommend Swimming Fins for anyone looking for high-quality swimming classes for their children. My son has been attending classes at this facility for a few months now, and he absolutely loves it. He has made new friends and has made incredible progress in his swimming abilities. The instructors are patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about the children's success. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a fun atmosphere that kids enjoy. We are so grateful to Swimming Fins for providing such an excellent experience for our son. Thank you!

Not worth to spend that much money.They cancelled a class one time 2 minutes before start the class and everyone was already waiting in the waiting room.We don't get refund or make up class. We get credit for the class if you register for next class.There is NO phone number. They respond you so slow.The WORST part is automatically they register you and charge you for new classes.I sent them form to not register for next class which they asked me if I don't want register but they STILL charged money from my credit card (＄1300 for 2kids)Good things I screen shot the page it's said I won't be registering for next sessions.So I sent them picture and emailed them to get full refund for me.They did refund me but as business they are not good business. I checked reviews from Yelp and find out there were a lot of parents went through the same experience with me.I would never signing up with them ever again.

When we started with Swim Fins we were so impressed - our daughter gained so much confidence and the communication with the coach was so helpful. Unfortunately, there were issues getting a consistent coach last season and the coach she has now doesn’t even get in the water with them. The current coach doesn’t communicate what skills they work on or how they are progressing. For the amount they charge I expect better training.

Overall I've had a good experience with this company. The teachers are great, and my 3 year old is slowly but surely getting more comfortable in the water. I would definitely recommend.

Our child is having an amazing and fun experience learning at swimfins and her progress is exceptional. We couldn't be more proud. All of the instructors we've had have been kind and informative and shared discussed all milestones with us! Highly recommend!
