Was told that stains on my shirt came out, yet when I got home and checked they were still there. I should have checked better upon pick-up. Owners were quite rude when I called back to inquire about this. Overpriced as well. Will not go back.

I dropped off a pair of pants and dress shirt for my husband for cleaning. Picked them up today (Thursday). As I was leaving the store I noticed a stain on the shirt. And a closer look there were a couple more stains. The collar also had stains. So I turned around and questioned it and they said we will send it back out for cleaning and that it would be ready Tuesday. Which was not good enough. I needed it for a Saturday event. They refused to give me my money back and an argument started. Very very unprofessional. The worst customer service ever. I’m still in shock that this happened and that I paid for a shirt that was returned dirty to me. And they still refused to give my money back. Please do not waste your time going to these guys. Take your business elsewhere!!!

Friendly owners and highly recommend this place for alteration. I've been going to this location for years. She is an exceptional tailor. I brought a couple of suits that didn't fit me very wellington and she turned them into new suits. You can always trust her work and I highly recommend this place.

Not sure how the dry cleaning aspect is as i have not gotten it done with them. But got my dress pants and dress shirt tailored and they did an amazing job!

I get all of my clothes dry cleaned weekly for work and my regular dry cleaner was closed. Thought id give these people a try. Man do I regret it. $7.45 per shirt for dry cleaning, which is ridiculous to start off. Looked past that, couple days later I went to pick up my clothes, the collars were still stained and the pressing was poorly done. I am so disappointed. Live and learn I guess.

Completely ruined the backpack i wanted to be repaired. He could have declined the job if he wasnt competent , i would totally understand. Charges soo much for it.Dont come here for repair of bag zippers. I dont recommend this place at all. 2weeks into using the bag, its broken again, rarely using the bag during those 2 weeks to be honest.

Decided to give this place a try as I had 3 coats to be dry cleaned. Dropped it off on Friday and was told I could pick them up Tuesday evening. I wasn't able to get there until Wednesday and when I arrived, I was told that only 1 of the 3 were ready. When I dropped them off they asked me for my phone number, but I never received a call advising that there was a delay. Had I been notified that the coats weren't ready, I would have understood as these things happen. But the fact that they never called to let me know was very disappointing. All I got was a sorry"...they could have at the very least offered me a discount for the inconvenience. I wasted my time after a long day at work and now I have to go back another day to get the other 2. The coat that was ready

My wife and I wanted to get our wedding clothes dry cleaned after they had been in storage for over 3 years, to prevent a set in cold storage room smell. Service was mediocre.

The worst customer service ever the guy he run the store he was very mean and he always says I don't care And his price is very expensive comparing To the other Taylor in town
