Easy appointment booking, very prompt and courteous service.

What an experience. Our first effort to obtain a notarized document took us to Markham where my wife met the the Notary's wife. Apparently he had cancelled the appointment. Not sure with who but not us. My wife spoke with the Notary on the phone and he invited us to his Scarborough office. Fat chance as another half hour drive. I complained to head office who set us up with the Gormley office. When we arrived ar the shoddy dwelling with no number on the building we saw a car in the drive; could see the dog and that the TV was on through the front window. Nobody came to the door we left and I complained once again and did not receive a response. Even if they came to my front door begging me to use their business I would not. It is not how you run a business. I hope they do not make it through the rest of the year. Good riddance.
