Taranjot was absolutely amazing to deal with. She was able to make the process of me switching 4 lines over to Rogers super easy and streamlined. 10/10 customer service, I highly recommend seeing her for all your needs.

I received excellent service with the recent purchase of my new phone! The staff were kind, easy going, and provided me with all my options that best suited my needs. They went out of their way to make it an easy experience. One of my apps wasn’t completely syncing in store, and that evening I received a courtesy call to confirm if the glitch had been corrected. Will definitely be coming back for any future needs!

Waleed and Francis were excellent today in assisting with my phone. I had spoken to Karen last week and came in today. They were brilliant, quick, efficient and knowledgeable. We had the most wonderful experience today with Simer and Taran. It’s not often that you can say a phone upgrade and plan change left you feeling happier and like you had actually been taken care of, but that’s what happened today.Both Simer and Taran were so friendly, helpful, and genuinely happy people. They went above and beyond and were able to find us some out of this world discounts and promos that allowed us to get new phones and double the data for less than what we were paying now!Even though the store was busy, both Simer and Taren managed to juggle everyone who came in without making anyone feel rushed or that they’d been waiting for too long and they multitasked like pros.Everything was explained clearly to us and they were honest about fees, prices, taxes, and more.I know who I’m going to be taking all my mobile business to from here on in. Absolutely amazing experience by Taran and her team. Taran exemplified what excellent service looks like, and went above and beyond on a different level. The Beacon Hill location outshines any other Rogers branch I’ve been too, and displays what quality customer service looks like. I will most definitely be coming back for any help or questions, and I know I am in great hands.

My husband and I went in to get new phones on our Rogers business account. The staff could not have been more helpful. Everything was explained well and we felt no pressure whatsoever to sign up for more than we needed. Our account and terms were reviewed and adjustments made. All of this was done in a timely fashion as well. We highly recommend this store and we’ll be back in the future.

We came to get a new phone and add a phone line to our plan. Taranjot (manager) was so quick, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. I would HIGHLY recommend coming to find her. Would definitely come to this location again, just to work with her.

Rogers at Beacon Hill was awesome and Simer was amazing. Very knowledgeable and quick. I was with Rogers a long time ago, now back to Rogers and I’m happy to be with this great company again! I would recommend both Rogers and Simer at Beacon Hill for all your wireless needs!

I had a very positive experience coming back here and re-newing my plan as a returning customer. Aman helped me and he went above and beyond and made sure that he got me the best deal and saved me a lot of time and money, also was a very genuine guy and extremely nice and helpful.
