Cambridge Suites Mississauga

I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights in March. Staff is really nice, breakfast is good, and the location is great. But I had major issue with the HVAC system in my room.The first couple nights, the vent kept blowing cold air non-stop. I tried to turn on the heat or even turn off the system from the thermostat, it wouldn’t work. Thus we slept in 65 degrees with a thin layer of sheet. We explained the issue with the front desk. They were able to send maintenance staff right away. When we came back to the room later, the room was 85 degrees and the vent just kept blowing hot air. Maintenance were able to come back again, but unfortunately, they weren’t able to fix the issue.Front desk decided to move us to the other room around 10pm at night as it’s the only solution. However, the HVAC in the new room is so loud that the entire bed would vibrate when the unit is on…Anyway, the hotel is very nice for it’s price. It would be nice if they would refund me for one night just for all the hassle. Hopefully they will fix these issues soon.

This hotel experience was amazing. The staff was welcoming, caring, and very helpful. The rooms are spacious and super clean. The breakfast buffet is complete with LOTS of options. Everything was great! Will be back in the future!

I cannot say enough nice things about this hotel. Clean throughout and well maintained. We had a 2 bedroom suite that comfortably slept our family of 5. The kitchen was clean and had the basic pans/plates/etc to make us comfortable.Water pressure!! Thank you! This is as important as comfortable beds, and I was not disappointed.The beds and pillows are very comfortable!It was great having 3 tvs available for our downtime.The pool and hottub are clean. This is one of the hottest hottubs I've used - loved it.Breakfast: definitely a full hot breakfast with variety. There were small changes each day (different styles of sausage, or potato foods). Plenty of food.

To be honest, every single item were perfect, from Front desk team ,cleaning services team they were always cheerful and helpful.I will remember and recommend this place to everyone who want to be in nice and quiet place.Thank you very much.

Awesome service from the front desk to the cleaning staff. Extremely caring people and I appreciate my stay here including my dog Guccii.My only suggestion would be is for them to keep the yogurt in the fridge and the cream cheese.

The daily cleaning was horrible. They claim that they offer cleaning services but they also have a weird policy that they can't touch your belongings. Hence, they won't vacuum the floor if you have some toys on there, or they won't fold the blankets if you have left some clothes on your bed. So you basically need to pre-clean before they do the cleaning. Also, many times they didn't place the items properly in the dishwasher, so they were not cleaned and I had to do them. I have spoken to them a couple of times and they keep bringing up the weird excuse 'we can't touch your belongings'. So I stayed two weeks in a messy apartment with two kids that was supposed to be cleaned everyday!The reception staff were very firm in general. They always have an excuse not to accommodate your request.

I booked this hotel several months in advance and the day we were to check in they called twice but when I would pick up it was a dead line. I arrived at the hotel to check in and was told my reservation was cancelled because I didn't pay incidentals up front and they were now sold out. My rate was 166 but that night listed for 305. Greedy company that doesn't honour reservations. Will never book again

As an owner with 2 dogs and needing a place that will allow pet this place is it. yes you need to put down a pricy deposit but you get a portion of it back if there is no damage in room, every room has a kitchenette which is awesome if you just don't want to eat out. And it quiet so the dogs are not barking from every little noise.

Friendly staff,clean hotel and rooms. Pool was clean and warm. Breakfast was beyond amazing. The ladies are happy,friendly and helpful. The variety,freshness and quality is top notch. And no worries of shortage of food even for the late breakfast people like myself. They encourage you to take a side plate to anyone that may be sleeping and would like later on. There’s lots of food!!!
