When I was looking for a company to refinish my hardwood floor, I considered many companies, Rail striked me as an experienced and energetic professional in this field and that's why I chose to hire his services.During work, he was very responsive to changes we asked and gave amazing advice that said alot about his good taste and experience.Even though he was obviously on a schedule, he never complained that he was running out of time to accommodate changes and went out of his way to meet our expectations even when this meant he had to work extra evening hours to finish on time.I found he did put extra hours and worked over the weekends to make sure all was done to an amazing level of finish.He showed me a level of professionalism, honesty and customer orientation that is rare to find in the market, I actively share his contacts with anyone who thinks of a flooring job, Rail is the man!
