Terrible customer service! Talked to a girl for a week about part for a ram, she assured me it would be ready for pick up days before I got there. When I got there the truck hadn’t even been pulled into the shop and wasn’t going to be. I Traveled 3 hours for nothing. Biggest joke of a company ever.

A week ago I went in and asked for a canister-style ignition coil. Was told to come back in 30 mins. Came back 90 minutes later & was told to wait 5 minutes. I left after 20 minutes. Yesterday I went in and asked for an ignition harness for a NON-AUTOMOTIVE-related project. They wouldn't give me one. Nor would they let me take one out myself. TOTAL NON-CO-OPERATION. Don't waste you time here. You're better off at Pick N Pull.

Our vehicle was at Eagle Head to have a part replaced. We picked it up this morning as we were told it was ready. The mechanic informed us that the brake lights and signal lights don't work anymore, and the check engine light is on. He has no idea what caused these problems to occur while he was working on the vehicle. The lady who answers the phone said they only changed the part they were asked to change - they weren't asked to fix the lights. She can't understand that they weren't asked because they weren't a problem when the vehicle was taken there. Now we get to take the vehicle somewhere else to have these items fixed. Please don't take your vehicle here for work. They arent't the least bit concerned about the problems they have caused or in trying to fix them.

Was told to come here for a day to see how I worked" and I was told to put a transmission in. And while me and another employee were putting the trans in we got told to take it out. When asked why all I got was "just take it out" not knowing what I'm supposed to do. No one explained why or anything

I had a terrible experience here. I left my vehicle with them for the day (dropped it off the night before) and they never even looked at it. Communication was non-existent, very unprofessional. Stay away please.

Wanted to buy 2005 Dodge Durango from these guys, and they didn't disclose that vehicle status is salvaged, and going from one auction to another from 2015, never registered for six years, and not disclosing that it is an American car with mileage in miles, not in kilometers. Shady business, and I would avoid dealing with them. Had to waste $45.00 dollars for CARFAX to figure out what peace of junk they are trying to sell.

Pretty much charge retail or more. You to prepay to get your part. Then wait, wait, wait, or go somewhere..... EXample: An Explorer Door handle. Quoted at $50. No questions about the color. Just 50 bucks. Go entertain yourself while we remove your part.Meanwhile, I call the Ford dealership in Strathmore and was quoted $47 dollars for the same part. I said PARDON"!The absolutely worst wreckers I've ever dealt with.You will be better served to source your parts from Calgary

We were stranded on the side of the highway, halfway to our destination. The service here was fantastic, they went out of their way to work on our truck, late into the evening to get us on the road without a hotel. Honest prices and good people.

I am beyond surprised by how terrible this place is. If I could give zero stars, I definitely would! We brought two of our vehicles in a while ago to get the windshields replaced. After getting both vehicles back, we noticed there was glue still stuck all on the inside of both vehicles. There was also grease all on the seats. During this time, I brought my car in to get an appraisal done after my accident to see how much it would cost to fix. (I also brought it to a few other shops in Calgary to compare) And the appraisal that I got at Eagle Head/CSN in Strathmore was SIGNIFICANTLY lower then every other appraisal I had gotten. This tells me that there is zero attention to detail. To add on to everything, the customer service here is absolutely terrible. The owner, John, was very rude and apparently, could care less about getting the business. 100% would not recommend!!!! You are way better off spending the extra time to drive into the city to get any work done on your vehicle. Absolutely disgusted by this place.
