It's a big-box pet supply store. They have a lot of options for good quality pet foods and lits of toys, pet beds, leashes and harnesses, etc. They sell fish and some small reptiles. Occasionally they host cats that are being sold through the PEI humane society. There is also a grooming salon. Service is great, and the staff are friendly.

I honestly would give a 5 but grooming has been a challenge to get my dog in over the last few years. Store staff are wonderful .

Thor always looks amazing after his visit to the groomers here at PetSmart in Charlottetown. I just got a courtesy call from Chloe telling me that they were running a little behind, so I would get another call shortly when he is ready. What great service!!Update: Bailey has some mad grooming skills. Thor is handsome once again!

Got our dog groomed for the first time. They did a great job! Prices were better than expected on some stuff. Took a star off for that intersection right outside the store. Nobody stops on the line. They have to stop on the crosswalk of they want to see around the building, lots of people cutting each other off. Included a before and after of Midge.

Excellent staff service every visit. Large variety of products for multiple animals varieties. Grooming and training classes on site. Great sale prices!
