You guys are horrible at delivering a driving service for customers. My significant other has been waiting for over twenty five minutes for a ride from your so called company that should have been there a long time ago. I don't know how you can be okay with having a rating of not even two starts on Google. You need to step up your taxi service, smarten up, actually care about the customers orDO US ALL A FAVOUR AND SHUT DOWN FOR GOODBECAUSE YOU GUYS SUCK AND DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO YOUR JOB PROPERLY!

Have a disabled patient who uses this company to get around Ajax. Today the driver left her at the office where she was dropping off something, total time less than 5 minutes, was told they were too busy to wait for her. When she called back to be picked up was told there would be a 1 hour + wait! How does that even make sense? Very poor way to treat a customer especially a disabled person who relies on their service.

The woman who answered the phone was Incredibly rude! This wasn't the first time either! Poor customer service! Would never recommend and I'm going to tell everyone I know not to call this company

The car smelt of piss/urine, smoke, and alcohol. Zero effort to keep their cars reasonably clean. Dry cleaning my jacket after sitting inside. The other comment was on point take a bus, ride your bike, or walk. Disgusting inside their black Toyota Camry.

I just waited for a taxi at a business in Baywiod plaza. I watched and waited at the door. It never came and I called only to be treated very rudely by a woman who claimed she herself was here waiting for me. Told me to call another company and hung up in my ear. I have dealt with this company for 15 years and have never experienced such unprofessional service by them or anyone else for that matter. Never again!
