As a small business owner, I understand the stress associated with the holiday season; however, the service that I experienced today was absolutely atrocious. I have never been served by someone who was as rude and hostile, for absolutely no reason, in any professional environment. I would strongly urge others to take their business somewhere else.

Found an OLD crinkled Landscape Architect Blueprint that was done by the previous owner of my home in the furnace room. These folks did their best to flatten it out and make me a PDF. Within moments the PDF was in my inbox and all they ask was a small contribution to the donation box on their counter. Speedy accurate service with a smile. What more can you ask for?

We had an excellent experience here the other day, when utilizing their services to ship some packages to Alberta. The ladies in here were extremely friendly, and professional. Highly recommend this little gem that is tucked away on Harvey.

If I show up and it's 5 mins to close. I expect you to ship my package... you are still open. If you close your doors and have to stay 5 mins to help a guy out, that's your job to do so.
